Shipping & Returns

Get quick, free shipping when you sign up and spend $50 or more on your order.

It shouldn't be difficult to ship. Because of this, you won't be charged for regular ground shipping on orders over $50 for most goods on Northbin.com when you log in or create a free Northbin account. Please be aware that a limited number of items can demand an extra cost because of unique delivery requirements brought on by things like product weight and size. We've done all we can to make these fees as apparent as possible by prominently labeling any goods that require special delivery on our product pages, in your shopping cart, and everywhere else they may apply. This will help you prevent any unpleasant surprises at the checkout.

Northbin Shipping Policy
Orders Less Than $50

Customers logged into their Northbin.com accounts will be charged a non-refundable $5 shipping and handling fee when they place an order that is less than $50 (before tax) and is mailed to a single address inside the continental United States. There won't be a $5 shipping and handling cost for products with an accompanying delivery surcharge as outlined above.

If you purchase more than $50 for registered users and $75 for unregistered users, delivery is free.

Orders of $50+

For standard delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax and mailed to one address inside the continental United States, customers logged into their Northbin.com accounts are not charged shipping and handling fees, except for a few of the exclusions below.

Please Note: Shipping and handling fees will be charged to orders placed by guests with orders totaling less than $75 before tax.

Carriers

We send packages using several carriers. Upon giving the package to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to the client.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all items are covered by the aforementioned shipping policy. Additionally, any items transported to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to regular shipping costs. The client is responsible for any fees paid for hazardous items or any special treatment by the carrier. There may also be fuel surcharges.

International and P.O. Box Orders

Only shipping to addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii is accepted by Northbin. Orders for locations outside the United States won't be filled (see "International Shipping" section). P.O. Box addresses cannot receive deliveries from Northbin.

Third-Party and Manufacturer Shipped Products

The lead dates for shipment from the manufacturer vary, so please check the item page on Northbin.com for more information. Third-party products CAN NOT be sent expedited.

You will be sent an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website once your order has been sent.

Expedited Shipping Rules

You must place your order with Northbin before 3 p.m. (CT) on Monday through Friday to be eligible for expedited shipment. Northbin doesn't provide delivery on Saturday. All expedited orders must be under 150 lbs. in weight and free of hazardous items.

Only business days are used to ship expedited orders. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed the next business day. Call 855-289-9676 to speak with customer care if you have any questions.

No-Hassle Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days after arrival for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged) unless otherwise specified below. You must make a note of credit or exchange when you return. The original packing must be present when returning goods. For more details, please go to our Terms & Conditions page.

Non-Refundable Items

Products may occasionally not be returnable. Before executing your purchase for a non-refundable item, we will contact you to inform you about the limitations on refunds and allow you to cancel.

Make a Return from "My Account"

When you visit your Recent Orders page after logging into your account, select "Return Items" next to the order. A printable mailing label and a return authorization (RA) number will be sent immediately. Your account will note the return so you can follow it.

To get assistance with the return procedure, contact our customer service department at 0000000000. A shipping label and a return authorization (RA) number will be sent to you. Our customer support is available from 6 am to 9 pm (CT) from Monday through Friday and from 7 am to 5 pm (CT) on Saturdays.

Include Order Confirmation

As evidence of purchase, including a duplicate of the original packing slip or order confirmation with your RA papers, without a RA number, returns received at Northbin may be subject to a 15% processing charge, which will be subtracted from any credits owed.
